The 882 gets its name and body design from its name sake a 1970s Ibanez Jazz master copy. I wanted to design a jazz master style instrument that was not just another Fender copy. I came across the 882 design in a book and wanted to recreate it.
The body is a solid body design made from lightweight obeche with a Luna ice finish and satin golf pickguard. The lower bout has a extreme arm and belly carve for comfort. The electronics including pickups are mounted to the pickguard. There is a contoured lower horn joined at the 22nd fret for seamless access to the high frets and comfortable playing.
The neck is a flame roasted maple construction with a matching fretboard with rolled edges with offset inlay dots. The neck join is set with a contoured heel for comfort at the higher register.

The 400 was never intentional but was born by second guessing my own design. The 400 started out as the first 800 however I was concerned the body was to big so I made some alteration and the 400 was introduced. The base for the design is the 800 but the upper bouts are pulled in and a Les Paul style lower bout added . I was unsure originally about the design originally but after positive feedback the shape has been introduced into Vintage reimaged line up.

The Idea for the Rackatier came from a bass guitar I found hanging out in the back room of music shop I once worked at. I took the bass of the wall and traced the shape on some cardboard and took it home. Later I drew up a to scale design for electric guitar and the Rackatier was born.
This example is a Thin line version where half the body is hollowed out finished off twin stag antler f-hole element. The body wood is figured Walnut with a laminated Pommel sapele and Iroko with a trapezed centre to match the neck lamination.
