Returns

All Pickups are covered by a life time warranty to cover all component and manufacturing defects for life to the original purchaser.

Should a problem arise return of the pickup should be arranged by email and returned to the postal address below ‘At senders cost’. Every effort will be made to repair or replace the item free of charge as quickly and possible.

The Warranty is only valid to original purchaser and is non transferable. The warranty does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling, normal wear to covers, installation changes or any form of modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than Parkhurst Guitars.

Responsibility for correct and safe installation of the pickup rests with the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with wiring or have never fitted guitar pickups before please consult an experienced guitar repairer and get the pickup installed professionally.

Should a pickup cover need to be removed from a humbucker, return the pickup via postage to address provided below and we will carry out the modification free of charge so that it doesn't invalidate the warranty. A standard return-of-postage charge will be levied to cover the costs of sending the pickup back to you. Please enquire first.

To activate the warranty proof of purchase must be provided, this can be in the form of proof of a bank transfer, Paypal receipt or the official email you recive upon purchase. All responsibility for returns rests with the purchaser.

All orders are shipped via 1st Class Recorderd Delivery (UK only) or International Signed For (worldwide service) and will require to be signed for upon receipt.

If you are unhappy with any pickup purchased or would like to change it for another model, return the pickup in it's original condition by registered mail within 14 days of purchase date and we will either change or refund the pickup. Please email to obtain a returns reference as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Custom ordered pickups cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

The customer is liable for all costs incurred for returned pickups. Parkhurst Guitars reserves the right to charge a discretionary handling and restocking fee of 15% on any refund.
